* Prices are per room per day including breakfast, accommodation rooms and daily linen change, sheets change midweek.
** Prices of the Triple room are per day for two people, including breakfast, accommodation rooms and daily linen change, sheets change midweek. The additional beds has the price of € 20.
*** The price of the apartment is for a day for 4 people, including breakfast, change of bath towels on request, linen change mid-week, final cleaning. The additional beds (max 2) has the price of € 20.
**** Rooms are bookable from 2 nights

For discounts and special deals for stays longer than one week, please contact us via the contact form. Children under 5 years free when sharing with parents. It’s possible a maximum of 2 children per room; otherwise, or anyway for children above that age, the time of booking must be considered and indicated like adults. If you require a cot, please specify this in the notes at the time of booking. No cleaning service on Sundays and public holidays. Thank you.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
40% deposit on the total amount for the only booking: the balance must be paid within seven (7) days from the beginning of the stay, (see terms and conditions) unless other arrangements that may be taken directly with the manager.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
48 hours from January to May and from September to December
14 days for June, July and August

Return of the deposit within these limits, otherwise the deposit will be retained in full.

In case of early departure, 100% charge of the total room cost.
